I did this tonight, just as the video explained. It came out perfect. When I was serving, I was looking around trying to find the potatoes, until I remembered where they were. I didn't have the pan they had, so I used the tray from the grill, and it did the same job.

I'm from the US and I agree with you. I was interested in this recipe until she started putting butter GLOBS under the skin. No doubt it's tasty, but I won't be trying this recipe anytime soon. Smoking is no better though. One is as bad as the other so let's all just get along.

I did this recipe with orange zest instead of lemon. Very good as well.

i like this show because it helps me cook for the guys in my corp. none of us can cook but i was chosen because atleast my cooking didn't make people sick and it was something you could keep down.
if you have money, can't cook, and your not greedy hire a chief.

the brining isn't exclusively for a whole chicken; use that technique for pieces of chicken. it's the best for making the chicken skin taste even better no matter what you do with it.
