  • awesome stuff guys

  • my age 20 , im 182 sm 78 kg , im little for football ????

  • 2:37 iv never seen a guy that big move that fast without chasing food

  • EXCELLENT VIDEO. CONTINUE TO BRING YOUR "A-GAME" FROM "A-GAME SPORTS DRINK"

  • excellent. Good to see people in other parts of the world training the right way. keep livvin

  • @BloodandRainbows Especially in the stamina aspect, along with all the rules, that are contradictory to football rules.

  • @BodybuildinginTX I guess I've never really found getting hit too bad, I have a thick pain thresh hold. Its more the tackling that is more difficult. I guess I will agree with you somewhat then, but I'd say that rugby players have a lot more agility, if you've watched the world cup, there are some very quick guys. I also feel that going from football to rugby is harder than from rugby to football.

  • @BloodandRainbows You've never played against anybody good then. The pads don't help you much at all whe n you are playing against the biggest guys in the states. It's been proven time and time again that football hits are much harder than that of rugby. I'm not saying rugby isn't an awesome sport, just rugby could learn a thing or two from football in terms of strength and speed. Likewise, fotball can learn overall stamina conditioning from rugby.

  • @BodybuildinginTX The fact that I've played both, and tackling is much harder to do in rugby, and it hurts much more to tackle/get tackled. Even in football when you have all that gear hitting you, it really doesn't hurt that much.

  • @BloodandRainbows It's a great sport, but tougher? The hits are much harder in football. And the players are bigger, faster, and stronger. What basis do you claim that rugby is "tougher"?
