I wear mine at work for like 7-8 hours... I've been doing this for almost a year now though. And I have the one that has the cotton on the side that goes against your skin. I can work out in it, right? I'm kinda boxy, been trying to get more curves and flatten my stomach... I work out 3-4x a week...

@MakeUGlam you have the Miracle vest. To sweat more wear it rubber against skin. Thats great you work out in it. when it becomes loose its tie to down size to the next size you controll how small you want to get. You can get down to an xs.
