Jim nailed it!!! So well put - being decentralized isn't really a 'biblical' value (IE directly taken from Scripture), but it is the word of the Lord to YWAM. And, even more importantly, it is informed by genuine biblical values: the priesthood of all believers, being called by God to be a community, our being created in the image of the relational God.
