I got my braces tightened today, new powerchain bottom and lower teeth, then I have to keep the triangle shape band on my right side, and they changed my left side by using class 3.
I'm almost done, & I can't wait. <3

Just got my braces tightened for the first time today and my Ortho instructed me to wear them all day until the next visit. It's amazing just how much of an impact these small elastics have.

I have these too, it was only 2 DAYS before I had the mid-lines match. now I just have to wear them at night
