Here is part 2 of the finished flip home in Queen Creek Arizona. This home took 4 days to complete and is now ready to be put on the MLS.

In this clip I talk about how important pricing is when you are flipping real estate. The first point is that you want to minimize your holding costs my turning homes fast. This allows you to reinvest in future flip projects in a short period of time. In addition, by pricing a flip home to sell in less than 2 weeks, you are less susceptible to market fluctuations and therefore, you can minimize your risk in a declining real estate market.

That is the key for turning homes in this current real estate environment!

  • Have a target market and know the fix-up costs as well as the comps for what you can sale it for. You make money when you buy, not when you sell.
