Part Two (and yet I was cut off again- but I'm not doing a part three. At least not tonight) of a segment on Federal Regulations, Policy, Laws, etc. The part that was cut off was where I was going into the conclusion- which essentially is that there's lots of "stuff" to know when you deal with federal procurement and it's all sprinkled throughout several different sources, as shown in these two segments.

  • Thanks so much! Question: are the World Bank or IMF procurement processes for the most part synonymous with those of US Federal government's? You gave an example of SIGIR, possibly this bears some similarity with overseas infrastructure development of JICA, World Bank, or IMF?
