@1cme1 yah thats dead on wrong a blank doesnt even have a bullet its like a shotgun shell the top is just crimped trust me ive handled blanks before.

if its a blank gun, then why can i see the bullet inside the casing when he shows it to the camera?

Dammit I meant to hit bad comment. Anyway, it is not illegal if you have a class 3 license.....or maybe....if you take a trip to your local cop station with a couple hundred bucks.....
