I know thi is super old but if pirating PS1 games on PSP, always use the US versions - they have no problems.

@ sniperwolf137 you are not supposed to be able to land on snow or brown land. That is the way the game was made.

I just downloaded FFVII for the playstation store from the PS3 so i can finally play it on my psp (i havnt a clue where to start about modding it and putting game on it...) but yeah i have the saem problem! Its from the europe playstaion store so it'll be the PAL version.. does anybody have any idea how this could be fixed?? = /

I had the same problem (and I have the PAL version as well) with the sped up music, but I also had graphical corruption at certain points in the game. I had to switch the popsloader from 3.71 to 3.72, which I have found, is the best. If you don't know how to change it or are still having problems let me know and I'd be glad to help you.

How did you make the eboot? I made a multidisc eboot, although I haven't finished the first disc yet, you can just select to change disc in the home menu.
If you used single disc eboots, then I think you should be able to save your game when it tells you to change discs....
I've wondered about this, too, but I'm still about 10 hours or so before I think about changing discs

OK, I'm playing VIII & IX the same way. I'm pretty sure that you can save just before you have to change discs. When you do that, you save (obviously) and then load up the disc 2 eboot. The save file should be readable, but I don't know if you have to use the game ID or the disc ID (different by 1 number) or if it doesn't matter.....

Thanks everyone for your tips, I haven't actually played this in quite a while, now. I'll try out some different ideas and post the results.
