Me playing FF7 on PSP, with almost no problems. The only thing is that the music is running slightly fast, most noticeably in battles. The victory theme is also fast with a bit of skipping.

It doesn't have any effect on the game play but if you know how to fix it please comment or message me.

cfw 3.90 m33-3, using popsloader 3.71. Game's eboot created with Multidisc Popstation that comes with Dark Alex cfw 3.71 m33-4

  • Hello!! Please can anyone help me how to change FFVII Disc1 to Disc2? please help me..

  • How did you make the eboot? I made a multidisc eboot, although I haven't finished the first disc yet, you can just select to change disc in the home menu.

If you used single disc eboots, then I think you should be able to save your game when it tells you to change discs....

I've wondered about this, too, but I'm still about 10 hours or so before I think about changing discs

  • thanks for the reply.. actually I didn't finish playing the disc1... I just wanna how to change to disc2... I made my EBOOT in PSPX2PSP.. I just convert it...

  • OK, I'm playing VIII & IX the same way. I'm pretty sure that you can save just before you have to change discs. When you do that, you save (obviously) and then load up the disc 2 eboot. The save file should be readable, but I don't know if you have to use the game ID or the disc ID (different by 1 number) or if it doesn't matter.....

  • Thanks everyone for your tips, I haven't actually played this in quite a while, now. I'll try out some different ideas and post the results.

  • I know thi is super old but if pirating PS1 games on PSP, always use the US versions - they have no problems.

  • @ sniperwolf137 you are not supposed to be able to land on snow or brown land. That is the way the game was made.

  • LOL the music is suggesting you to get out of the mako reactor.....fast XD

the music is kinda funny when its fast :D

  • me too :D

  • im getting this on my psp as soon as i get a bigger memory stick

  • lmao music didnt get anoying till victory

  • lol i don´t need popsloader to play ff7

    i have 5.00 m33-3

  • ya me to ( graphical corruption ) it was so anoying!

  • I just downloaded FFVII for the playstation store from the PS3 so i can finally play it on my psp (i havnt a clue where to start about modding it and putting game on it...) but yeah i have the saem problem! Its from the europe playstaion store so it'll be the PAL version.. does anybody have any idea how this could be fixed?? = /

  • I had the same problem (and I have the PAL version as well) with the sped up music, but I also had graphical corruption at certain points in the game. I had to switch the popsloader from 3.71 to 3.72, which I have found, is the best. If you don't know how to change it or are still having problems let me know and I'd be glad to help you.
