Hellooooo... Maleficent did nothing noble. Remember THE ENTIRE GAME she is trying to capture a castle, she wanted the King's first but got defeated. She has a plan, and she can control heartless... you left her alone, in a castle, with a lot of heartless, and Aqua's armor and the Org's secrets down below... She is so going to be a main villian. They wouldn't put her in the game otherwise, and notice they didn't let you even get the chance to kill her.
