@kickiniitbak Its a fucking movie. If you want reality be an ambulance driver and go scrape dead bodies off the side of the ride. Fulci uses horror to tell stories its not about realism.

City Of The Living Dead is one of my favorite Fulci classic italian splatter epics, next to his widely known "Zombie" in 1979.City has a seething, gothic atmosphere that permeates every frame, very creepy stuff, the evil priest that leads the hordes of walking dead gave me the willies!

Also released as "Gates of Hell" in NY. One of the creepiest, atmospheric horror movies ever. It's everything a horror movie should be. Truly, epic!

@UnknowSoldier87, actually the soundtrack is by Fabio Frizzi and not by Goblin. Frizzi also did the soundtrack for Fulci´s "Zombi 2" and "The Beyond" and some earlier movies like "Silver Saddle" and "Sette Note in Nero". Although those two soundtracks were in collaboration with Franco Bixio and Vince Tempera.
