Thnks for posting this. I love Danny,
his jete or cabriole is great, but this Trepac is all about tricks, and I think his 5th position becomes not precise.

There is life after ballet (contemporary is considered dance) and somehow I don't think he will be forgotton as a dancer.

Sadly you're right. He once learned in the Vinogladov led Kirov Academy, but it's not Vaganova.
These days I can't consider him as a ballet dancer anymore.

bnesque l know you like him but he really lacks someting,really he should study with serious teachers otherwise in few years will be forgotten,in pure classic really is limited

It was recorded Sat 20th Dec 2008 Escondido Parforming Arts Theatre. His rehearsals were SO much better.

His rehearsals were insane. Which is why I couldn't understand why his performance was different. He did kinda the same thing last year too, mindblowing rehearsals then holds back in shows. His 540's were also totaly insane, pity he didn't perform them. Oh, but he's way cool to work with.
