@PaNdAbEaR618100 For the 8 days of Passover (Pesach) most Jews (even Reform) will eat only kosher food that is further restricted to exclude any traces of leavening agents, such as bread, corn, rice and some kinds of beans. The "bitter herbs" (often horseradish) are used for the formal ceremony (Seder), before dinner. "Unleavened bread" (Matzo) is also used for the ceremony and is generally eaten throughout the week, though there is no requirement to do so.

It's kind of funny that Jerome Robbins made this version of a Russian folk dance into the defacto "Jewish Dance", especially since he based it on his memory of a comedian at a wedding. Ah, well, Jews may come from any part of the world, but we can br proud to have this as an official dance!

THAT, ladies and gents (and Gentiles) is when the world officially imploded due to a severe concentration of awesomeness and win in one spot.
Not much for the religion, but as my ethnic background and culture--a proud Jew...
Shalom, folks...let's ALL of us be at peace, no matter which book we read: The Bible, Koran, Torah, Bagavad Gita, or The God Delusion...
