Jo is one of the saddest dogs I have seen at the Shelter.... he seems so lost. His family gave him up after having him for two years "due to shedding". Geerrrrr!!! All he wants is a loving home... please step up and give him one. Jo is very calm and loving... just wants to be petted and loved.
