08 4.2L f150 3rd gear run

just throwing it in 3rd and getting on it in my 08 reg cab shortbed 2wd 4.2L f150. 3.55LS rearend

@timmypstyle its not very fast but it holds its own against V8 trucks. i have only lost to my buddy's 4.8(2 from a launch and 2 from a roll) and his 5.3L. beat a 04-08 5.4L crew f150, 08 silverado 5.3L ext cab 4x4, 08 silverado reg cab longbed 4x4, and a 96 ram 4x4 5.9L(at the track) 00 ram reg cab longbed with a swapped 5.9L out of an 02 ram van. it does pretty well considering the 04 4.8L was 80hp more, the 06 5.3L is 90hp more, 08 5.3L is 110hp more....all i have is a K&N intake. about 205hp

@blackpenguin69 i wasnt during video. but my buddy had an 04 silverado that i described and i beat him from 40-80mph 3 out of 5 races and the other 2 were lost by a hood length. he now has a 06 5.3L Z71 reg cab shortbed. i can stay with him until i have to shift to the next gear. so a race from 0-30, 30-55, 55-80, and 80-100 i can stay right beside him. my 1st gear tops at 30mph, his is 40mph. so when i push in the clutch at 30mph, he is still going. but i didnt have that probelm with the 4.8L

@blackpenguin69 actually its more like a 2004 reg cab shortbed 4.8L silverado 2wd with another 80hp more than me....but nice try tho
