@stokes023 This is an extremely comprehensive book, which includes 2,000 recipes from the last 20 years at America's Test Kitchen. If you have our older books, this goes further afield to include recipes that have become popular to make at home in the past decade --- Pad Thai, New York style Thin-Crust Pizza, Drive-in Burgers and a lot more.
