@newyears912 I think it's a rather helpful thing to say. Plastic Surgery does not simply pertain to getting bigger boobs or having the 'just right' face. You see those people who have their faces burned off or some other freak accident happen? In many cases, they would not be able to function properly without it.

Heck, it's 2008, he probably already has the cavity already filled in along with a fake eye. You wouldn't want to go out in public with a hole in your head, would you?
