  • I saw a vid with fabricio werdum show it this way too so this must be lagit. I think I was taught differently, I knew we had to be 90 degrees but didn't know about turning the hips part until recently. Also I was taught to put the foot on the hip, but it looks like putting the foot on the hip these days is old school.
