i'm not at all sure of the rules in ice hockey, why is it that these fights happen and the "gloves come off" ???

willis was throwing baby punches...how is that a victory when you get dropped to the ice...I guess he was proud he didnt lose that bad I guess... I hope his team chirped him for wavin his arms like he won when he didnt do much at alll
