  • What could possibly be hurt by any words? This family member is doing you a great service in exposing your own beliefs, what you think of yourself and what you think you are. Much of our attention is spent on the outside. We think about the offender, but not about the one offended. We miss the opportunity to take this into ourselves, to wonder, how come I am hurt be these words? What could possibly be hurt? There is a personal "I" being hurt. Does this "I" exist? Find out! love, zenji xxx

  • It is very difficult for me to find myself because often I find the one asking the questions is also being watched, if I am not asking the question "who am I" then who is ?

    When there is a small gap or silence I find myself saying this must be "it" - this must be me, but again, something is watching "it", I am confused.

    Even with this knowledge that I must be the watcher or the observer, where do I continue from there ? I feel stuck.

    Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks :D

  • The best way is to remain quiet; dont react; dont think. To remain quiet means, remain in your natural position of the uninvolved witness of whats unfolding in front of you. If there is a strong reaction to whats being said, watch it. Let it be. Letting the storm take its natural course form the position of uninvolved witnessing breaks all ties with past. (Continued)

  • When the storm dies down inside of you, capacity will be there to follow up with the question who is hurt? Scan your being and find what it could possibly be. Remain quiet doesnt mean that you will endure any abuse. What it means is that you take a moment to step out of any habitual pattern. You have an association with this pattern, its personal. You want to defend yourself, you want to stick up for your rights, perhaps. (Continued)

  • All of this fuels the negativity you are experiencing. Instead, to remain quiet is the antidote to this. You remain in your original power of observation, you dont fuel the negativity, and the being that you are can spontaneously move to correct anything that needs correcting.   • @darkelad That "IT" will reveal itself when the consciousness playing as YOU is ready. All you need to do is keep nourishing the root and the flower will blossom by itself......

  • @ProfessorMystic What is watching all that is you. Even attachment to the mind is observed. Realize that nothing can take you out of yourself. Even if a bunch of thoughts and emotions happen, they still happen in the aware space that you are. Just stop identifying, judging, and giving so much attention to what you see. Let anything happen inside, but just be the awareness you are. It might take some time for the mind to calm down completely, but awareness is always there regardless. Be that.

  • @conceitarturo when grace waves you in to be completely alone.. You cannot bring yourself with you. No thought, no personality. You are afraid to leave your personality behind. But I tell you and u test it. "you" is only memories (memories of labels opinions values inclusive) when you turn a coin over.. do it completely. Or else you will see only half of each side.
