This is a simple time lapse video of a beautiful sunset I captured October 18, 2010. The total raw video was shot in three 30 minute sessions for a total of 1 hour 30 minutes. I used a monopod for stabilization and the camera I used is a Kodak EasyShare Z1015 IS. Thanks for watching!

  • Very nice sunset. Some of the best sunsets I have seen are across New Mexico. Great job. 2 thumbs up!!!!

  • @monzanoman Thanks Brix! I was also impressed with this particular sunset because it had some cold air mixed with warm air and made for some nice effects.

  • Man I grew up in eastern Arizona. That sunset is very familiar. Thanks! I needed that!

  • @SnowLobo95 Thanks for watching SnowLobo95. AZ is a wonderful place! I have plans to do some backpacking in Eastern Arizona in 2011. Glad you enjoyed the video my friend!

  • Beautiful scene. Wish mine would turn out this nice. Thanks for a look into your world.

  • Keen lense my friend!

  • @ez2curanut This dome crater sounds kinda cool! I don't think its the same area but who knows. I know of a big dome crater out by Las Cruces called Killbourn Hole but I have never been there. The Quebradas area has a lot of cool side canyons... the most popular is Arroyo de Tahoe. It's a good place for pictures and video in the early spring when the wildflowers are out as well as winter sunsets! Exact turn off the interstate is the "Escondida" exit 182, then head east and look for the signs.

  • @CrazyTaileZ this Quebradas area... is it the same location of where the dome crater is? one of my co-workers mentioned a place he visited as a kid (20yrs ago) , and it was a hole in the ground. when you looked inside the hole it was an empty area and deep. in other words it would be like sitting inside at the 50 yard line of a football field and the only opening is at the top.

  • @LaneMaddox00 hahaa! Ol Pecos Bill and his side kick Carlitos PicanteZ will make themselves known in the next video coming out in a couple weeks. lol

  • im suprised i didnt see pecos bill riding across there lol
