What's the point of keeping an eye on them if they just disappear and do it again either way? Especially if they already are on the list then the damage was already done. If after 12 years in prison, they return to do the same thing that got them locked up in the first place, they'll go back for another 18 years. If they do it yet again, then they can spend the rest of their lives in a mental institute.

Also, funny how rape is a good reason to monitor people, but terrorism isn't.

@BTIsaac ok so maybe it should be looked at in your country so that the people who dont deserve to be on the list can be taken off but for those who are on for rape and pedophilia i don't care what anybody thinks they should be kept an eye on, in the uk many people who were on the list disappeared near when there time was up to be taken off it only to reappear in a different part of the country and re-offend that's why im pro sex register
