Is French spoken there by the Cape Verdian citizens also? Is there a railroad anywhere in the country?

@617212305312213 Stockholm syndrome, is a form of mental abuse and rape.
Wikipedia:"In psychology, Stockholm Syndrome is an apparently paradoxical psychological phenomenon in which hostages express empathy and have positive feelings towards their captors, sometimes to the point of defending them. These feelings are generally considered irrational in light of the danger or risk endured by the victims, who essentially mistake a lack of abuse from their captors for an act of kindness."

There was also inter-colonial migration to Cape Verde because it was an important shipping center for trade (not just slaves). So Cape Verdeans are descendants of Africa, Goa (India), Macau (China), Portugal, Sephardic Jew etc. You can see the rich diversity in Cape Verdeans in diaspora & 10 islands. They've migrated & assimilated around the world for generations. Some families know these ethnicities are in their family tree. The mixing is not just from slaves. Cape Verde's history is complex.

Cape Verseans are a group of mixed race individuals. That is undeniable historical fact.
The range of lighter skins comes from European ancestors. Fact.

. Just like all other people of African descent, Cape Verdeans come in all different shades. From lighter than Thurgood Marshall and darker than Wesley Snipes. That does not constitute them being 1/2 white & 1/2 black. Portugal also ruled over Angola, but that does not make the inhabitants of that country "mulatto". France colonized Haiti, and just because the people of that country still continue to speak French, it does not make them 1/2 French.
