http://fitness-path.com This video demonstrates 4 of my favorite exercises for adding size to your back. The exercises demonstrated are pull ups, bent over barbell rows, seated cable rows and v-bar pull downs. These back exercises are excellent for adding width to your lats as well as size to your middle back.

  • @lease515 It's awesome isn't it? That's actually my cousins home gym, but it's probably the best home gym I've used so far. Personally, I prefer going to the gym, but I like his gym set a lot.

  • i agree with you..great exercises but you forget dead lift which is also great exercise to build big back !!!!!!!!!
