you wanna know someting, kavic wore the same suit as him. AAANNNNNDDDD... Those suits became banned as of January 1st. But in worlds in fall of 2009 Phelps and Kavic had a rematch. Guess what, phelps wore only knee length leggings, and kavic wore a full body suit. guess who won. Phelps... the best swimmer won without the suit, because he's the best. so dont even try to blame the suit
