The new youtube channel layout stinks. It's horrible. It's blah boring and takes away the personal friendly touch. The new channel does not even show who I have subscribed to. I'm with @TheMandolineer ... RAAAAAAAAAAAGE. I don't know what youtube is thinking but they a sanitizing the channel layout too much. Taking the life right out of it.

WE are the ones who uploads videos so other people can watch and entertain themselves,

with people now closing their account due to the new channel design, alot of videos will disappear and the viewers will reduce

All the good features shes talking about have nothing to do with the new layout. You can do all those things with the other layout.

i took screen shots of my channel to remember when youtube was decent.

They already had a recent activity section on the old channel layout and a feed tab would have been easy to add. They also already had bulletins. The search option on channels was/is on the old layout. There was/is video size options on the old layout and if you don't like them you can hold ctrl and press + and - to change the size and press ctrl+0 to return to normal size. Also you can use the Firefox plugin stylish to change video size. On the old layout you could link people to your website.

IMO, The new channel "scheme" severely limits creative individualism and choice. Many of the things that made youtube attractive and fun in the first place are being phased out, replaced and dictated by corporate commercialism. It is truly sad that money winds up ruling everything. :(

How can you like that YouTube took away FREEDOM of EXPRESSION on channels?
