Hi there! I totally understand...I can't cook to save my life so I'm a fan of simple recipes too! I fell off my fit ball too! I hope your husband's okay! The fear about a new exercise is totally understandable but once you give it a shot you'll feel so much better. Ugh. I've been slacking off on youtube. Blam FB for tat. Anyways,I can sure see you've been losing weight. I admire you. You're doing it the hard way. I mean,anyone can have that operation like Marigene had. But it takes willpower to do what your doing. I'm proud of you!!

Thanks, Bill. I know the surgery isn't easy either. I've had a few friends and family members who have struggled with losing weight even after having it. All weight loss is hard. Thanks, again! :)
