Bonnyrigg White Eagles clinched the 2012 Premiership two weeks before the conclusion of the regular season with a 1-0 win at Parramatta FC.
The win at Melita Stadium, along with Sydney Olympic's loss against Sutherland Sharks, sees the White Eagles hold a ten-point lead over second-placed Sydney Olympic with two weekends of the season remaining.
The run home to finals football saw Marconi Stallions and Blacktown City FC further strengthen their respective bids to feature in the top-five, as Rockdale City Suns lost some ground with its loss at Blacktown Spartans.
At the other end of the table, APIA-Leichhardt Tigers had a bit of breathing space in regards to the Club Championship ladder after defeating Sydney United 58 FC in Edensor Park.
