Its a great video! Well done.  Is there a film or clip where anne is sick and in hospital and Gil tells her she is to sick to travel to Marillia's funeral? or did I just imagine that? :)

@flow789 Thank you. :) There is a deleted scene that is on the Continuing Story DVD where Anne is sick in the hospital and Gilbert is talking to her. I can't remember if they are talking about Marilla, but that is probably what it was.

Finally!!! They've made much more of the romance than the books, and Marilla is NOT s'posed to look like that, but still .... that's just SOO romantic, I can't complain!

Now you've done it. You made me cry. I remember seeing this in PBS when I was a teenager. Anne was everything I was not and I wanted to be like her. Now I am that strong and independent woman. I wish PBS would show this again. Oh, and Gilbert proves that a man can love a woman with brains.

@maimai018able I'm asian also, and I love this series. My mom and I used to watch them as I was growing up. She handed down her collection of books to me too. She's since passed, but Anne of Green Gables will always remind me of her.
