Oh my goodness, what has happened to the National Artist Title of the Philippines?? At first I was point at Carlo's crass mentality and improper behavior. But in the end, I realized, it all boils down to our corrupt President. We don't know if there was money behind all these. Corruption in the Philippines has gone too far, WAY TOO FAR!!! I believe we should already put an end to her regime. Honestly. The Filipino should create another revolution different from that of EDSA
