congrats on making good choices for yourself

good luck Rayvin, it's pretty natural to be a little nervous about any kind of surgery, you'll do fine as long as you're going into it with open eyes which it looks like you are.

Congratulations on making this video and sharing your inner most struggle with weight loss & the vicious cycles of weight loss. As you know I had Gastric Bypass 6 yrs ago and lost my first 90 pounds in the first 1 yr and haven't lost more since. Due to lack of movement and in the last 6 yr only gained back 10 pounds. I know exactly where that 10 pounds came from "Bacardi Smoothies with Run" one summer. The only advice I have to share with you is always eat less and move more and love yourself.
Weight loss is the hard thing most of us will ever do in life. We all been going up and down.
I'm great to see you darling!! I'm glad you found something that will work for you. Keep us posted on your progress.
Cheers,
Mari

I wondered what happened to you, weight loss can be difficult, and when we're not getting the results we want, it's easy to feel discouraged..A close family member got gastric bypass done in 2004; it's a journey! I wish you well, and I'm glad to see you're back! I'm looking forward to WLS updates! Be well!
