how much is that house worth now?

This doesn't make any sense. The "conservative" estimate was $90,000? Thats LAUGHABLE! There are houses in NOVI, NORTHVILLE, and PLYMOUTh going for that price! This can't be worth more than $30,000 if it was in PERFECT condition. It should be noted that the taxes in the above communities are less than HALF of Detroit's AND they have almost ZERO crime plus you don't have to drive half an hour out of there to go grocery shopping...

I have a home right around the corner in good shape with a tenant, I wish I could get27k for it, LOL. Not knocking u, but these homes in this area have not sold for that type of money in 15 years, well maybe a little less. but i'm glad that it worked out for her and she's happy with her deal, for real insite on alot of these properties, check out my channel, I'll take u on a tour u will never forget

find these houses, most of the neighbor houses are abandoned crack houses or burned halfway to the ground

Sorry, I don't believe that this house is in Detroit and, if it was, she must have rocks in her head to be paying $23k and expecting to sell it for $90k. Not in Detroit, sorry. Need to see a lot of more of the story to see what's really going on.
