  • All these claims about "the vegan diet" lacking in nutrients by these commenters in here are just insane. Fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, and grains are full of great nutrients that we need...they are all we need. Unwashed organic fruit would supply your B12 but since people don't like sooty food, take a little B12 supplement...it's better than eating slaughtered carcass. The meat industry flacks know exactly what to say to scare people away from veganism. Don't be fooled by them, please.

  • @bobluhrs I see unhealthy people all over the place and vegans are only a tiny % of the population. You're looking at vegans through meat-colored glasses, it appears. I'm around other vegans often and we are for the most part very healthy, normal weight, energetic, attractive, and intelligent, and on no prescription drugs. Not fully alive? Lol, I didn't come fully alive until I went strictly vegan. I love it. How about you go and "correct" someone actually doing harm in the world?

  • Meat and nuts are the most nutrient dense foods on the planet.

  • It's not hard to eat cabbage raw: lacto ferment it!
