@shadeth I've wielded a replicate Viking sword as well in the past, and frankly the hilts are awkward to grip around and hold in your hand comfortably. But then again, they are meant to be wielded one-handed only, and I believe the rectangular shaped hilt aids in maintaining a firmer grip whilst striking. Disagree?

That looks so sharp!!! Awesome. I've been pondering about buying a sword for a couple of months now. Seeing people do tests like this, makes me want one even more!

just to let you know watching stuff like that NEVER gets old lol hope u get the hint
very nice sword cutting session. I hear some complaints on this sword that the handel is like a rectangle. Is that true?

@weloveanimetoo - In my experience swinging it around the handle is acceptable, and the cross section is probably like a rounded rectangle, it is not as comfortable as some other swords I have but it's not too bad. It's leather wrapped and the stitching runs along the edge of one side which makes it slightly uncomfortable to grip in one way but if that stitching side is against your palm it's OK.
