Ufo in puerto rico 1999

1999-San Juan, Puerto Rico. This is a very good clip of an anomalous object which seems to emit a white glowing light. The object seems to simply materialize above the city. None of the details of the film are known at this time. Object seems to hover for a time, and then quickly move to the left side of the screen and out of view. Dude I live in Puerto Rico and I saw this exact same UFO. It was in 2009 in Moca at the time, in the back of my moms house. I look up and I see this same light zip into the sky and it stopped for several seconds and zipped off again. My brother had seen the same one a few days beforehand. Scared the shit out of me, lol.
