This is how i throw a castnet its a 7ft castnet and this works great hopefully you can give it a go and get the hang of it

great technique and easy to master... bigger nets you need to have more spin on the upper body

Hey young fella, redo ya vid mate, but take ya time bro, ur've been taught well, or well learn't .... Set ya camera up on a tripod, speak slow and clear, and teach us useless fark's how to cast correctly .... Well done .....
