He wasnt trying to hump him people he pulled him thats just how dogs pull too it may look like hes trying to hump but he deliberately pulld the other dog back when he got close to the car

the driver might have seen the dog but did the dog see the driver! clearly you see one dog stop the other form walking right in front of the car even if the driver would have stopped the dog still stopped the dog getting hit by the car

@AleciiaDawn doesnt mean that you cant look out for them, i know i have pulled or pushed people out of the way or grabbed thier hand and then realize that they would have been ok, its an instant reaction of what you dont know what could happen next so you react, if you dont i guess you should be in their position instead, thats my opinion
