  • When doing the freestyle kick, you might not move forward, and you could possibly even move backwards, if your ankles are stiff. Try to keep your feet as floppy as you can. Kick with the top of your foot. Also, keep your head low, even in the water, to prevent your body from sinking too much and causing drag.

  • Either your not kicking right or ur hugging the float 2 closely.

  • Hi need some help..

    When I hold on to the float and kick (free style or breast style), I don't move at all - very minimal movement.. I have watched others move. Haven't figured out why I am not moving..Can you help? Thanks

  • This looks like a swimming class. It doesn't seem a water aerobics class.
