  • With some experience you should be fine if you pay attention to detail on just ordering parts through Stew-mac or another similar source. Just be sure you have the bending iron or bending jig ready for sides.

  • Ha! No very much the opposite. I'm still learning and getting started in this art and science of luthiery. I'm just passing on what worked for my others.

  • im actually starting in a week or so on my first guitar. I have full access to a large CNC machine as well, so pending on the out come i could be productive, but how hard was the assembly on the martin? should i get a pre-made kit first then make my own molds? I've been doing organ case work for a year now and custom mill work for 7. but im still afraid... yes or no?
