  • Hi Davie, Excellent tie as always. one question.

do you cut your own rabbit strips? if so how do you do it? do you just use a ruler and razor blade? any tips or pointers would help...

  • Hi sasquatch446,

I do most times and I did with this pattern. I pin the skin to a board and then use a ruler and a razor blade to cut the rabbit to the right width...

    All the best Davie

  • Hi Davie

Great little pattern. I have tied a few bunny streamers but havnt tried doing the body that way. It looks great I will have to try it out soon.

    Thanks for the Great videos

  • Hi skipperfox007,

A seven weight rod would handle this fly with ease or even a six would be fine, but fish it itself..

    All the best Davie
