Wow great production video. Looks like a true instructional DVD. Nice work!

@pepesempire Shooting with both eyes open helps to reduce eye strain. However it is not a rule. In extremely bright conditions I will close one eye because the information from the non-dominant eye seems to want to overpower the dominant eye's sight picture. Using both eyes also helps to locate and transition to a target.

i would have changed my load for better accuracy rather then weapon mods. Great vids though

@phoenix1842 Part 4 is up. Part 5 will be sometime in January. We are trying to decide what the next step is going to be, and to go back and explain some other items we have been getting questions on.

When are you doing the next video for this build
-
@longtrangm1a we sure did. It was a long drawn out process. You can see a similar one in our Noveske Break In Video. We subscribe to the Gale McMillan school of "break in".
I have an AR10 with the ADM Mount. Your video's show scope mounting for a bolt action rifle. What steps would you do differently for mounting a scope in the ADM mount then to a semi auto rifle?
Michgncop324 6 days ago
@Michgncop324 Nothing really. The ADM mount provides a high sight height so it's better used on a AR or a bolt gun equipped with a chassis system. It would be a poor choice for a standard stocked bolt gun. The key is to make sure you push forward on the mount as you are locking it down to load the recoil lug tightly against the rail.

The bolt changes from when you were doing accuracy tests back to what I believe is the original bolt at the end when you are summing up

@MrMapex2010 The bolt doesn't change. It's the same bolt. However earlier you saw the Kinetic Research Group "Bolt Lift" knob. We will be doing a review on it a bit later.

@LoneWolfUSMC
Hey i noticed in your vid that you mentioned the barrel was contacting the stock. Would you say that is a big negative as far as accuracy goes. I am looking into buying a rifle like this and wondering if that would be a bad thing as far as making for an accurate rifle? Would you suggest a different rifle in the 700 lineup instead of this? Thanks. And great vids
JHolder1422 2 months ago
@JHolder1422 The stock touching the barrel is a negative for accuracy. It does not allow the barrel to vibrate in a consistent manner. Any of Remington's lower end rifles have this issue. Replacing the stock is a quick fix for this. There are other methods, such as filling the and sanding the stock, but they are time consuming and don't cure the ergonimic deficiencies of the stock.
