Ambulance has near miss with Three Wheeler in Naples

An ambulance with multiple two tones horns sounds, tries to thread its way through a busy junction in Naples and nearly collides with a three wheeler who fails to give way to the ambulance.

@garlic287 Second one: These are strobe lights which don't show up well on cameras, but if you look around the 0:10 - 0:13 mark you will see a little flash from the right light.

Two things: First, the police car should have stopped the cross traffic for the ambluance and then ticket the three wheeler for being an idiot.

And second, why doesn't the ambluance have its lights on.
