    To correct your question his name is Jimmy Jump. & the comment he said is " Where's the chicken at huh? Yo Black, Where's my soda Black!" & finished off with "Where's your girlfriend motherfucker? " before being shot by David Caruso's charater. In the classic flick King of new York.
