@RoyalAlba1 No prob. I just know that a synchronized gearbox is a gearbox that allows you to change gears (e.g. 4th gear to 3rd gear) by just pushing the clutch down move the stick from the upper gear position to the lower gear position and then releasing the clutch to go into the 3rd gear without you having to care about going from 4th gear to the neutral position and the give a flip on the gas to match the RPM of the 3rd gear before you go into that gear.

@MedicalAviator can you explain me what is a synchronized gearbox ?? (sorry i'm a rookie lol) and are you saying it isnt necesarry the push the clutch in and then push on the gas pedal ? you just can push the gas pedal in ?? (sorry for the questions but i just wonder ^^ because i am almost going for my license)
