My Nephues were raised in that religious invironment, and the older one did have tantrum issues more than I would guess is normal. The upbringing was so bad, he had a nightmare after seeing a cover of a Goosebumps book. Lightning was an angry voice of God sort-of-thing. Thier mother has since relaxed her views.

@Navenfaux I'm glad their mother has since relaxed her views. I don't push religion on my son. I tell him that I believe in Jesus Christ, but he's free to choose whatever he wants. Some parents won't let their kids watch, "Harry Potter." It's ludicrous Evan. I recently received a PM from a 12 yr. old girl judging me and telling me that I'm into witchcraft because of doing paranormal investigations and therefore I'm not Christian. Some parents are so messed up. The kid has issues.

The problem is people teach what is not in the bible as the bible in part also bible says man live in rebellion it is our nature to rebel, I mean look at society today its going down hill fast. One last thing you every notice how many of our fellow brothers and sisters think they are under the law, when it grace that we live under right now. Non believers live under the law. @nightstalkersasslt I think the problem is organized religions interpret the Bible the way they want to and they are judgmental and it's not what Jesus Christ said. I would like to get kids following Christ again and get them away from this dogma.

@lugwidvantolkkentake Oh I know. I don't blame Christianity at all. That professor was spouting nonsense about the Bible. I don't know why my cousin fell for such a thing, but that guy isn't innocent. Anyway thanks for putting these videos up, its a joy to see someone with some common sense about them.

My cousin killed himself from the pressure of Christianity. His parents were big on that religion and then his college prof said some shit that made him think everything he knew was wrong... Ugh.. they are both in the wrong to me.

My stepson told us that he appreciated us never talking bad about his mother. Now that he is a 28 year old man he says that it really did cause a lot of emotional turmoil when his mother talked bad about us. Kids have it hard enough with their parents splitting up. Parents need to keep the kids emotional health their top priority.

I agree that you should not run down a child’s parent. However, in some cases I think it is important to be honest with the child in regards to their parent. For instance, what if their father was a pedophile or was in jail? In addition, a child would probably wonder why their parents got divorced. If you do not give them a reason then they might internalize it and think they were the reason.
