That was an awesome ride!!! You mean she went for only $2000 AFTER the makeover?
Mustangs are great horses. They're so responsive and smart.

Hands down Laird deserved that win. His horse had the most correct spins, stops, lead changes, and the best collection. Not to mention jumping in a western saddle, without hitting her mouth. I have seen him show working cow horses, and he is quiet, and an excellent rider. I saw some trainers who cared more about pushing the horses to do things they were not ready for, then doing less correct.

wow!!!
I was there. This horse and rider were amazing. It made me sick to see the horse go for so low. What an amazing dressage, jumping candidate. Beautiful and what an amazing job done by his rider. I was sitting on my hands during bidding, but just don't have room for another one now. All I can say is wow!

It was hard to watch. I wanted to bid on her. I felt bad for the trainers too , after all that work. Our friend Keith Danielson competed and was top ten in both extreme cowboy race and extreme mustang makeover.

Yeah, I know, I was there. :) My mum is Tracey Westbury (the trainer of Steve Holt!. I got Kieth on video. He should've placed higher, but the judging was terrible.

No, it isn't. She was trained by Larid McCabe for the Extreme Mustang Makeover and was adopted by a girl in 4-H (as I understand).
