【材料】:雞胸肉6兩、洋蔥半顆、蒜2粒、薑1塊、紅辣椒1支、香菜少許、蕃茄1個、花椰菜2兩、麵粉3大匙、麵包粉5大匙、優格100cc、奶油10克、雞蛋1個、鹽少­許、糖少許、咖哩粉2小匙、胡椒粉少許、酒少許
【做法】:
1、首先將雞胸肉切片拍平,撒上鹽、白胡椒粉、酒均少許拌勻,醃漬3-5分鐘。
2、接著把少許鹽、糖、少許的油放入滾水中,再把花椰菜放入川燙,撈起後加入奶油拌勻。
3、把蕃茄放入滾水中加熱去皮後,切成丁狀,再將洋蔥切成細末,香菜梗切成細末,辣椒去籽切成末,蛋汁加上少許的水備用。
4、將醃漬好的雞排沾上麵粉、蛋汁後,再裹上麵包粉,放入油鍋中用中火油炸,至金黃色後瀝油撈起。
5、起另一油鍋放入奶油、蒜末及切好的辛香料,炒香後加入2大匙咖哩粉後轉小火再加入蕃茄丁,炒成稠狀,熄火後加入少許糖、鹽拌勻後加入優格、洋蔥即完成淋醬。
6、最後將雞排、花椰菜擺盤,淋上醬汁即可。
