Its core real estate portfolio of properties consists of 60 regional and super-regional shopping centres comprising 44 million square feet of retail space. As at December 31, 2000, the fair market value of Ivanhoe Cambridges assets was close to $7 billion.
Project: The Perfect Combination for Back to School - Pilot digital marketing program for one of their flagship shopping centers
Objectives:
• Increase Woodgrove Centre Mall revenue in the highly competitive Back to School market.
• Drive customers to Woodgrove Center Mall and increase traffic
• Build a database of people for future campaigns
• Leverage and track traditional advertising (radio, print, tv) as well as email and web
3 Tier Logic Solution:
eim™ (engage|interact|measure) Communications Platform engaged consumers, facilitated interaction with the Woodgrove brand and provided measurement and tracking tools. Consumers were able to interact with Woodgrove content and promotions through multiple touch points including a multimedia pod (iPod Touches, touch screens, dynamic signage) located within the mall, website, email and mobile phones.
All interactivity was tracked and a database of participants was created for ongoing communication.
