Matt Field at Formula D Irwindale 2011

Matt Field received an unannounced package at his door step a few days before Irwindale, a pair of pre-production Parts Shop MAX rear knuckles for testing. Luckily it was just before he was going to take his car to alignment. The rear drop knuckles improve roll center, handling, allow use of dual rear calipers, and eliminate severe camber gain to provide an increase in traction and tire life. Matt had to swap rear sway bars and play with tire pressure to get the car to drift high on the wall, but after getting the car dialed, he said it feels amazing. For 2012 Field's v8 s14 will be running a complete Parts Shop MAX pro suspension, knuckle, and chassis system.
