The foreskin is part of the continuous skin system of the penis, highly innervated full of specialized nerve endings. On a man's body the skin of his penis is the most mobile skin on his body, unless he is circumcised, then it is often too tight to even accommodate a full erection. Amputation of genital tissue from infants and children is a human rights violation. Circumcision is a destructive and harmful practice.

If you're not sure, then the answer is DON'T CIRCUMCISE! Let it be the individual's choice. Also, the doctor doesn't mention how painful the procedure is.

@FenderTele71 Where are the studies to determine the possible benefits of circumcising girls? And why is the HIV transmission rate higher in the USA than in other largely intact European countries? Perhaps there are other and better ways to reduce HIV transmission than cutting off healthy parts from the genitals of unconsenting children.

Then circumcisers need to explain why these alleged reductions are not seen in the real world. In fact circumcising USA has HIGHER rates of ALL STD's and ALL penile problems then intact Europe.

No medical organization on earth recommends routine infant circumcision. This "doctor" dose not know what he is talking about. For one thing there is no reason what so ever to "roll back" the foreskin. It is naturally fused to the glans for a reason and will separate on it's own in time. So many doctors are so ignorant about the prepuce and it's function as a necessary organ of the male anatomy. It is time for medical professionals to start thinking in a twenty-first century manner.

Any doctor who advocates the mutilation of thousands or millions of helpless infants should not be a doctor.
